During the creation of a choreography, many improvised movements get lost. Never exhibited publicly, they are deposited in the archive of the body, they settle in support of the chosen, studied choreography. In WASTE MOVEMENTS the waste - pillar that supports the structure - finds new life, dignity and value through a change of perspective; a new vision. The passage, the becoming, the process are my focus of interest. Bringing emphasis to the process means exacerbating concentration, it is the here and now. WASTE MOVEMENTS gives a chance to discarded, excluded and abandoned movements through a review and recycling operation. Movement ecology.
